• Email Marketing Tips For Your Business

    As we all know email marketing is a terrific method to reach your clients without investing a lot of money. Here are a few tips that we hope will help you and your business: 

    "Subscribe to our newsletter": Make sure you have a signup form on your website and on your social media sites as well. Don’t make it too long, you don’t want to scare people off. Include fields, such as, name, email and birth date, you won’t need more than that. 

    Welcome Message: Don’t forget to send out a welcome email to your new subscribers, they will appreciate that you took the time to welcome them. You can also send a special offer of one of your services/products, it’s a great method of thanking them for their commitment [plus] everyone loves offers. 

    Let your subscribers know how you are going to interact with them: Inform them what to expect from your newsletter. Whether you are going to send new articles from your blog, product / service deals, daily offers, etc - Make sure to always inform your subscribers what to expect from it.

    Design a branded newsletter: If you don’t the skills to design a newsletter yourself, you can hire a digital marketing company that will do that for you, but don’t worry because it shouldn't cost you more than €150. I see a lot of businesses failing online because they are not consistent with their branding guidelines. Your customers must recognise your brand whenever they see it online

    Make it easy to read: People are very busy and they usually get a lot of emails everyday, so you want to make sure that yours stands out from all the rest. It has to be easy to read, avoid the long blocks of text and break up into paragraphs and use eye-catching images, you need to guide the readers through your newsletter. You are the responsible for what and how they are going to read your email, so make sure it’s consistent for them.

    Keep it weekly: Make sure you have enough content to share with your subscribers, if you go numerous months without sending out anything, then they will forget about you. Organise yourself and make time to write, design (or hire someone to do it for you), and send your newsletters regularly.     Be smart about the content you are going to share: Your subscribers want to read content that is relevant for them (for example, if you own a cloths shop, don’t send stuff that is not related to your business).
